Our client, a Reg-Tech Company created a software platform that automatically remediates data issues. Their Validator combines artificial intelligence methods with rule analysis, and profiling to fundamentally change the accuracy of your organization’s data. In addition to their software, their services business assists clients to further utilize data key business and regulatory reporting processes.
This role will require client interaction, and thus, exceptional communication skills. The candidate will play a key role in the company’s expansion. Our Client requires someone who is driven and could take on an agile role that aligns with its business development goals.

They are looking for experienced Business/Data Analysts with strong Financial Services Industry background, who have experience accessing, validating and reconciling large data sets, working on Regulatory Reporting related projects, and have strong knowledge of Financial products. The ideal candidates are expected to provide expertise and underlying data for various CCAR/Capital Stress testing related reports

Strong storyteller with the ability to communicate technical details to wide audiences

Strong Excel (pivot tables, v lookups), Access, Word and Power Point

Business Analysis and Data Analysis

Roadmap – Experience explaining current state and how to arrive to a desired state

Attention to detail and ability for self-management of assigned tasks

Education – BA/BS in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer Science

Data Experience

Science – Experience working analytically with large datasets


Design/Architecture (UML-2) Analysis


Normalizing various forms of data

Collation of data from external sources

Knowledge of Python and/or SQL is preferred
