Summary

This role will require the Program Manager to work across numerous business areas to impact and build well-controlled processes for performance. The Program Manager will be responsible for strategy, planning, and execution of numerous transformation initiatives and designed to move the performance operations organization forward in global capabilities.

The Program Manager role is responsible for leading and managing the program that will be upgrading, The Program Manager will be working within the guidelines and direction of the Program to come up with the best solutions possible, based on a thorough understanding of the business requirements and the stakeholder needs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Will have responsibility for keeping all deadlines, deliverables, budgeting, and open lines of communication throughout the organization.

  • Will work across numerous business areas to impact and build well-controlled processes for performance.

  • Responsibility for strategy, planning, and execution of numerous transformation initiatives and designed to move the performance operations organization forward in global capabilities.

  • Will require experience in driving large-scale programs within an organization.

  • Responsibility for influencing stakeholders, business partners, and technical teams to make sure you are hitting timelines.

  • Will be poised and composed interaction with all levels of the organization including the senior-level audience.

  • Will possess the ability to practically apply project/program management concepts to facilitate the achievement of business objectives ensuring predictable, consistent, and successful program delivery.

  • Will ensure Clarity is updated with current forecasts and actual time for all assigned projects and tasks and communicate all changes to schedule and scope on a timely basis

  • Will aid with proposal development, including assisting with plans, specifications and financial terms of the contract.

  • Will assist with business development initiatives, specifications and financial terms of contracts

  • Wil ensure master plans and schedules are followed, developing solutions to program challenges, and directing others for successful completion of project on time and on budget

  • Will provide top-down vision, goals and objectives from business strategy flowing through to successful completion of projects for program objectives.

  • Will provide checks and balances for compliance with standards and vision alignment.

  • Will conduct regular reviews for accountability and successful management of project, stakeholders and suppliers.

  • Will perform ongoing performance assessment, research and development of new capabilities, and systematically applying knowledge for program success.

Skills and Experience

  • 10+ years of Program/Project management and/or relevant consulting experience in Financial Sector Domain

  • Knowledge of and demonstrated experience in project management processes, methodologies, as well as project lifecycles, planning, budgeting, roadmaps, prioritization, and retrospectives/reconciliations.

  • Prior experience and understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle.

  • Prior experience working for and with Financial Reg Tech and/or Financial Services Start Up Organization

  • Lean Six Sigma or Green Belt Certifications or similar (nice to have)

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
